    The 产品负责人 reports directly to the Manager, Technical Product 管理.  This position works within the Product 管理 team to manage all product lifecycle phases including the product vision, 路线图, 迭代目标, product backlog content and associated acceptance criteria, and prioritization and final acceptance of product backlog items. 导致计划, 协调, 实施系统, applications and technologies for large, 非常复杂的, 战略产品. May lead products and other projects from original concept through final closeout. Communicates with agency executives and may communicate with 董事会 regarding product or project status. This position will analyze and evaluate existing and proposed systems, perform business process reviews and all other functions related to the implementation of technology projects.   Lead the efforts of project teams made up of internal and external technical and non-technical staff to successful project completion.  This role is also responsible in providing customer focused service and building positive and constructive relationships with stakeholders and customers, by understanding their needs, 问题, and providing timely communication service.

    • Oversee advanced product management work in a technical, agile environment for the product lifecycle from conception to completion.
    • Establish and communicate the vision of the product aligned with the end users needs and organizational goals and objectives.

    • Manage sprint planning and capacity planning activities to ensure successful sprint set-up and enablement.
    • Remain engaged and responsive to the other members of the Product Team throughout iterations to clarify understanding of requirements.
    • Empower Product Team to make quick decisions.

    • Provide insights into product from technology, consumer, and transportation trends.
    • Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders including other IT teams, end users and executive teams to elicit, develop and refine requirements for bug fixes, application enhancements and IT projects.
    • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, 内部IT团队, 以及行政领导, providing regular updates and fostering a collaborative environment.

    • Oversee efforts in system security by ensuring compliance to security standards and policies, 监控访问权限, 进行风险评估, investigations of suspicious activities, and remediation of identified security threats or risks. 
    • Document test cases and perform comprehensive testing during implementation and upgrades. Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure products, fixes and enhancements meet the required quality standards as well as end user expectations.
    • Lead the planning and undertaking of periodic risk analysis of systems and mitigate risks wherever possible. Lead the planning and testing of disaster recovery. Lead implementing, monitoring and verifying backups. 
    • Perform other duties as required and/or assigned in support of 首都地铁 Strategic Goals and the IT Vision, 任务, and Objectives aligned to these goals.

     

    你带来了什么

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.  Additional related experience may substitute for degree on a year for year basis up to four years.
    • Five (5) years of experience in 信息技术 or related field; including three (3) years managing technical and functional teams.
    • Certified Project 管理 Professional (PMP) by the Project 管理 Institute or equivalent product owner certification is preferred.
    • Experience with direct end user support in a customer service role. Demonstrated dedication to customer service.
